Programs

Two disciplines. One goal: a healthier you.

Everything we teach traces back to the same idea — build people who are physically capable and mentally regulated, and the rest of their health tends to follow.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Beginner-first BJJ classes

Our classes are built for the person who has never trained anything — not just people already comfortable in a gym. Coaches spend as much time on fundamentals and safety as on technique, and nobody is pushed to spar before they're ready.

What to expect

Classes run Tuesdays 7:00–8:30 PM and Sundays 9:00–10:30 AM at the Rizal Community Center. All you need to join is yourself and a gi. Don't have one? For a small donation, we'll provide you with a new gi, or you're welcome to bring your own. Classes are currently for adults only, with kids classes coming in the future.

Cost

Free. Project Clarito is funded by donations, not tuition — see how to support the mat.

Breathwork

Guided breathwork & nervous-system regulation

Before any technique, every Clarito session opens with breathwork — practical regulation tools drawn from combat-sport recovery, not a spa gimmick. It's the skill most students say they still use, long after they've stopped rolling for the day.

What to expect

Breathwork is built into our BJJ classes. We practice it to help regulate the nervous system and to build the endurance you need for longer stretches of training and physical activity.

Cost

Free, same as our BJJ classes — no separate sign-up required.

Seminars

We bring both, free, wherever we're invited.

Coaches and community organizers across the U.S. have hosted Clarito seminars — full-day intensives covering both BJJ fundamentals and breathwork. We're now looking to take this internationally too.

Where we've been

United States

Community seminars hosted at centers, gyms, and academies across the country willing to open their doors for a free day of training.

Where we're headed

Worldwide, next

We're actively seeking partner academies and communities outside the U.S. to host our first international seminar. Know of one? Reach out.

Private Training

Private, in-home BJJ training

Not everyone feels ready to walk into a gym for the first time — and that's exactly why we offer private, in-home training. Whether you want the comfort of learning in your own space, one-on-one coaching to sharpen specific skills, or a small group session for your kids or family, we bring real instruction directly to you.

What to expect

We bring the mats — you don't need any equipment or a dedicated space to get started. Sessions can be one-on-one or small group, for kids or adults, built around your schedule.

Cost

This is a private service, separate from our free community classes — rates and availability are arranged individually. Contact us for more info.

People say all you need to get started in BJJ is show up. With in-home training, all you have to do is commit — we'll be at your door. How easy can it get?
